This
year the Board is focusing it's fundraising efforts to purchase and
install a shade structure for the outdoor play yard. This is just
one of the ways our fundraising dollars are used to support the school
and facilities.
Books are Fun:
The
Books are Fun book fair will be held October 26 and 27 in Training
Rooms 1 & 2 on the first floor of the Cal EPA building.
Everyone is welcome, including the public. Please look for
a sign-up sheet for parent volunteers to help bag books.
Silent Auction:
The
Silent Auction will be held November 9, 2010. Please volunteer to
put together a basket, ideas are available in the front DT lobby.
This is our largest annual fundraiser. It through such efforts
that we have been able to offer many improvements to the center, such
as the indoor loft, outdoor play yard equipment, and the centers
fabulous fridge and freezer. We are also able to support our teachers
through education grants and funding classroom “wish lists”.
